About APP Membership
Aesthetic Practitioner Platform (APP) Membership has been created to support nurses newly trained and experienced nurse injectors in the industry of cosmetic and aesthetic practice, also considered as a pathway to running your own business as a cosmetic nurse injector under the supervision of supporting doctors. We are proud to say that many cosmetic injecting businesses have been established and operate successfully using the APP Membership model.
Our founder Nicky Tzimas believed that training alone was not enough support to get nurses going in the industry post any training they have completed.
This then led to our APP Members pathway to help support nurses starting in the industry, including a group of doctors who were willing to support nurses by assisting with medication orders and providing face-to-face consultation via FaceTime/Skype, and ongoing support to the nurses and patient care.
We support nurses all over Australia.

APP Membership
APP Nurse Membership Pre-requisites:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualifications
- Successfully completed 1:1 coaching clinic sessions
- Successfully completed coaching clinic assessment tasks
- Indemnity insurance (professional indemnity and public liability)
- Current Police Check (within 6 months of membership commencement)
- Current First Aid or Basic Life Support (BLS) training
Prior to becoming a APP Member, please ensure you do your due diligence for employment and practice opportunities. In addition, please see AHPRA guidelines. Please note, additional tuition fees apply for all coaching sessions.
Cost:
$365 per year ($1 a day)
Why a cost?Â
1.       Members have a contractual agreement with APP. This protects both parties, as both parties are required to complete mandatory checks and fulfill regulatory requirements annually.
2. Â Â Â Â APP does not own your client/patient information (other organisations have access to or own all of your patient information)
3. All patient notes from the app can be downloaded (other organisations don’t allow this)
