Zoe Otis – Operations Manager
Zoe’s passion is helping the team at CPD Institute of Australia deliver exceptional training and establish long term relationships while providing superior client services. Having completed her Bachelor of International Business & Professional Accounting, Zoe’s steady presence and can-do attitude is an asset to CPD Institute of Australia.

Shelley Durance – Clinical Manager
Shelley has worked in the health field for her whole career, it is in her blood and she can’t imagine working anywhere else. Shelley’s career has seen her work as a nurse, medical social worker, health educator, program manager in training others and in health administration. The one constant in a diverse career has been learning new skills and applying them in all sorts of work situations. She thrives on variety, engagement with others and has a particular interest in creating cohesive and happy teams.
Liz Chandler – Receptionist/ Administrator
Liz brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to her role as Receptionist. She has worked in a variety of workplaces and industries including libraries, federal public service and training organisations. The first point of contact when you call or email, Liz will help you with all your enquiries; she is also the smiling face you see when you attend our Elsternwick training centre.
Marissa is a Registered Nurse Div.1, who studied at La Trobe University in Bundroora. Over 5 years, Marissa has gained a wide variety of experience in the acute care setting prior to deciding to explore cosmetic injecting.
Through CPD Institute, Marissa has found her passion in the Cosmetic industry. Her caring and enthusiastic approach enables her to design holistic treatment plans with clients, allowing her to achieve the best possible outcome.
Marissa views Cosmetic Injectables as an art form and thoroughly enjoys filler treatments such as lips, cheek fillers and a ‘liquid facelift’ to improve heaviness in the lower face.
Toni is currently completing her PhD in Clinical Psychology at Swinburne University. She has a special interest in body image disorders, such as Body Dysmorphic Disorder, and the psychology behind changing appearance. Toni has been working with CPD Institute as a Clinical Researcher aiming to understand how and why clients achieve the optimal results from their cosmetic procedure, and how we can best meet their physical and emotional needs. Toni’s focus is on working with us to ensure that our client’s best interests are always at the forefront of our practices here at CPD.
Debra Tate – Business Coach/Mentor
With over thirty years experience in the beauty and cosmetic industry, Debra Tate is known for her expert training in ‘The Art of Sales’. From recently owning an award winning beauty salon to previously working in senior sales management roles for major cosmetic companies Debra brings a wealth of knowledge to share to our clients.
A business coach, Mentor and specialist in developing brands for strategic growth, these key skills can be used across all avenues of the beauty industry for start-up business to an established business to allow you to achieve the vision and outcome you desire.
