A leader in this growing field, Nicky brings cross-industry expertise and a global perspective to the artistry and safety of facial aesthetics, where she has been instrumental in shaping the careers of more than 3,000 healthcare practitioners and therapists in Australia.
A registered nurse who graduated from Deakin University, her background in mental health nursing underpins and drives her values and attitudes in ensuring best practice and evidenced based practice, making patient advocacy and service delivery and outcome her priority.
Nicky is passionate about cosmetic aesthetics and regularly attends both national and international conferences to expand and update her knowledge, which she enthusiastically shares with her team of trainers and students.
An advocate for continual educational development, Nicky’s ethos is the backbone of CPD – “continuous education is essential to ensure professional development and growth”.
Nicky has recently completed her Master of Nursing Practice (Nurse Practitioner) with Deakin University.
Zoe’s passion is helping the team at CPD Institute of Australia deliver exceptional training and establish long term relationships while providing superior client services. Having completed her Bachelor of International Business & Professional Accounting, Zoe’s steady presence and can-do attitude is an asset to CPD Institute of Australia.

Janine is a Division 1 nurse, who has over 25 years experience as a Theatre nurse and 10 + years as an Aesthetic & Cosmetic nurse. She has a wide range of aesthetic experience, which includes laser based therapies, skin care & treatments, rejuvenation, plastic surgery and cosmetic injections such as anti-wrinkle injections and dermal filler. Janine loves interacting with clients and is passionate about making her patients’ experience personal & worthwhile. Outside of work, Janine also enjoys sewing, reading, cooking and being mum to her rescue dog Dexter.
Joanne has an extensive understanding of the benefits of skin rejuvenation being a qualified Beauty Therapist for over 20 years. Her passion for skin has found her growing and developing her skills and knowledge during this time. Joanne’s strength is building great rapport with people and with her caring nature and experience is a great asset to the Course Advisory Team.
Mietta provides reception and clinical support at CPD Institute. She brings a unique skill set to the role through experience in acute nursing, cosmetic injectables and administration. Mietta prides herself on building strong interpersonal relationships while creating a positive and supportive atmosphere for students, trainers and models. Through her relaxed and calm demeanour, she thrives in a fast-paced environment and is always ready to assist wherever needed to ensure that each day runs smoothly at CPD.
Eliza is a passionate and dedicated employee with extensive medical administration and clinical experience. She loves a busy work environment and is willing to help out wherever she can. She is dedicated to ensuring each day runs smoothly and seamlessly for the students, trainers and models. Always approachable and friendly, Eliza prides herself on her ability to create strong interpersonal relationships and a fun environment for all.
Roberta Honigman is an accredited mental health social worker with an interest in body image disturbance. She has worked over many years in close consultation with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and other cosmetic practitioners providing pre and post-operative patient screening assessment and counselling. Roberta is currently attached to the plastic surgery and laser dermatology clinics at the RCH in Melbourne as well as in private practice.
She has published widely on body image disturbance in connection with patients seeking cosmetic surgery and dermatological procedures in national and international journals and has contributed to scientific meetings and media discussions. She has undertaken a comprehensive review of the cosmetic practice industry in Victoria and was also a member of the Australian Health Minister Advisory Council committee tasked with identifying and reviewing the adequacy of consumer safeguards in relation to advertising, marketing, and standards of practice in cosmetic medical and surgical practice.
Stacey Palfreyman is a Nurse Practitioner and has worked in healthcare for nearly 20 years. After qualifying as a Registered Nurse in 2005, she worked in a diverse range of roles in community and inpatient settings. Her motivation and commitment to continued professional education & development is highlighted by the completion of her Masters degree (Nurse Practitioner) from Flinders University in 2012.
Stacey brings a wealth of knowledge to cosmetic nursing; having studied anatomy at a post graduate level before undertaking specialist cosmetic nursing education and training with CPD institute. She is committed to and inspired by ongoing education and research in the rapidly advancing field of aesthetic medicine and brings this experience and passion in her approach to cosmetic nursing.
Stacey’s clients have reflected on her gentle, caring, confident and understanding approach in working with them to create personalized treatment plans. Her philosophy is simple – connection, communication and collaboration. She sees the quality of the clinician-patient connection and communication as essential to the foundation of a shared, collaborative understanding of treatment goals and outcomes.
Stacey understands that no two people are the same and each person is unique, as such she works with her patients to understand their specific aims and circumstances.

Ashleigh is a highly passionate and talented injector and business owner, approaching each client as an individual, and mapping out treatment plans based on the client’s needs and expectations.
I’m an endorsed Nurse Practitioner. I’ve been working on the health industry for over two decades and close to 10 years of that in the skin, general practice, dermatology and cosmetic industry.
I am passionate about sharing my skills and knowledge with my fellow clinicians and also aim to help my clients achieve a holistic result and outlook in there cosmetic injectable journey.

Dr Hao Lim graduated from University of Queensland in 2009 (MBBS, BMedSc). He has worked in various hospitals as a medical registrar. His experience in clinical medicine will translate to an accurate assessment and safe treatment plan tailored to each individual. He believes non-surgical cosmetic intervention in enhancing one’s natural beauty and boosting confidence. Dr Lim is dedicated to continued professional development, enabling him to keep updated with the most recent and effective treatments to offer to his clients.
Dr Nguyen was born and raised in Melbourne and graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2009 (WA). She also completed a Post Graduate diploma in Surgical anatomy (Melbourne University) and is a Fellow in Radiology. Her background and detailed anatomy knowledge enables her to produce safe and reliable outcomes.
Dr Nguyen is results driven and continues to learn new innovative procedures, techniques and introduces products that are TGA registered in Australia in order to ensure that the latest and advanced techniques are available at her clinic. Given her expertise she has no hesitation in offering her time and support to CPD and CPD members. She works closely with CPD to ensure that the curriculum is at a high standard and that people who complete the courses have the skills to succeed.
She is one of the first in Australia to perform Factor4 (next generation PRP) facelift by stimulating collagen using both cannula and direct injection techniques. Given her background she can also perform joint injections using Factor4 (PRP) to stimulate a healing reaction and reduce inflammation.
Dr Nguyen offers a high quality and detailed assessment of skin conditions. She regularly attends seminars and travels overseas to learn new techniques.
Those who know Dr Ninos are well aware that he is one of Sydney’s most experienced and skilled aesthetic physicians and is a master in facial aesthetics. A perfectionist by nature, Dr. Ninos specialises in providing tailored treatments to the individuals needs of his patients. Dr Ninos believes each patient is as unique canvas and therefore each patient has their own desires, goals and their own unique view of ‘natural’.
